So BSV "already scaled." It exists. You're short human creativity if you're short scaling BitCoin.

How big of a deal are transaction censorship capabilities? Raf and Jack didn't discuss this in the latest interview. Is it a non-issue?

My understanding is BitCoin is for transparent capitalism, not for crime. And to truly scale, BitCoin has to be within law.

My concern is, which court will miners listen to? Which country's court matters? What if some court abuses this power? Is transaction censorship a good thing? Is it essential for global scale? What are the risks? Will BSV simply fork if the censorship itself becomes criminal?
