Why are BSV related services such as Metanet and Buybsv.com not offered for US citizens? Legal reasons or bias?

Bitcoin is not bias. Presently there are legal risks for service providers who offer products/services to US citizens where law currently dictates otherwise.
It won't last forever.
Bitcoin works within the law.
