So, when is BSV price going to go up relative to BTC? That is the only way to attract miners to the BSV chain. The BSV chain will die unless it attracts miners.

The price will reflect in utility. Right now the ground floor is being built on BSV. The current prices are loosely based on BTC speculation and tether pumps. This will not continue long term.
