Alright. My comment below the video got answered. The video has been unlisted, now they made it public. I thought since people have shared the link that it may was issued by youtube themselves.

I am not sure what this is about, but you can't even buy MNEE on those exchanges and still they have a Website for it. Will the huge MNEE adoption come?
Time will tell i guess.
I would appreciate seing MNEE stablecoin presence on Treechat for 100%.
