Brother don’t worry. I only eat what I like. This will be the first time I try fermented kale. I’m adding it because I love sauerkraut and red-sauerkraut and get excellent Vitamin C, K2 and probiotics.
Off the bat, taking a bit of the kale raw, I want to avoid it like the plague, but let’s see.
I eat plenty meat and fat, it’s my absolute foundation nowadays. Then top it off with my fermented vegetables.
In terms of bread I don’t eat much, but when I do I try to have “authentic” sourdough because it’s just so damn tasty. As a matter of fact am in day 2 of making my very first sourdough bread starter. Because I want to go through the flow and see what can be made, and if it’s possibly better made by my hands. 🙌
But brother don’t fret I’m in good health (knock on wood), and plan to continue discovering what works best over the short term and hopefully that translates to the longer term too. 👌
