it can be any arbitrary quest. doesn't have to be a subquest, it's whatever the quoted quest is

basically it takes all the posts in the quotED quest, and puts them into the quotING quest.

When you merge at what point in the quest is the quoted quest added? at the bottom of the quest or at the point where the quote is?

it's sorted in the order that the posts were created

so the posts might interweave... but im not sure thats the best behavior, so im open to suggestions

The behavior I was expecting was that they would be merged at the quote point, but I'm not sure how that would work. interweave is better than dumping them at the end though.

when we were building it we were thinking of merging a todo list, so the assumption was since each answer is its own item it made sense to just merge them in the created_at order, but i think your way is probably more intuitive
