Yes. His last series was great, can't remember the title. I think it's undeniable that there's a cycle (probably ca 12k years) and that we know almost nothing about the civilizations before the last cataclysm. The mystery schools all share the conviction that Atlantis and Lemuria were the civilizations preceeding our time. I think that is probably true. Either way, there were civilizations in pre-historic times that had technology we can only dream about. If you believe the History Channel it came all from "ancient astronauts". Personally I find that leap to a conclusion just as unnecessary as I find it suspicious. Seems like a red herring.

I recommend that you check out "archaix".
I've read Hancock and Sitchin and others before, but he got a completely new perspective.

Honestly I have no idea where you should start.
This one is about the oracle of delphi being an intelligence operation which is not what his channel is normally about. However, I found it quite interesting.
And since it makes a lot of sense it would be a short topic, which stands on its own and which may get you hooked or interested.

His name is Jason Breshears and he was in jail for a long time, read a lot of old books and took notes.
He merged his notes into a chronolgy and recognized certain patterns.
One pattern is "the phoenix" which according to his research appears every 138 years, last time being in 1902.
It is something like a reset-program which helps to keep a balance.
Extracted quite some information out of his channel so far.
Normally no visuals are needed, which makes it a perfect fit for mp3-extraction and listening to it as a podcast.
He postulates that we are living in a simulacrum/holosphere and that we are immortal beings who are operating different avatar after reincarnations in this world, but we can't remember that we do.
Just scroll through his videos and go for what resonates the most.

PS: last time something got me interested this much it was the "polyvagal theory" and before that it was "bitcoin".
