Democracy experts: "just because the TikTok campaign that allegedly swayed the presidential election in Romania in favor of an anti-NATO candidate wasn't financed by Putin, as initially claimed, but by the current pro-NATO government, doesn't mean it was wrong for the court to cancel the election."
"You have to look at it this way: the wrong candidate would have won if the court hadn't stopped the election after the first round. This may sound counterintuitive, but by murdering democracy, democracy was saved, really. Democracy has to be defended against an anti-democratic majority by any means necessary, and that includes false-flag election manipulation that can then be used to cancel the election."

It seems like the Romanian establishment was trying to bring a candidate, who would otherwise stand no chance, into the second round via a TikTok campaign they financed with taxpayer money. The idea was that he would then lose to their own candidate in the second round.
When they realized that it wouldn't work and that candidate might actually win, they claimed Putin financed the campaign and had the court cancel the election.
You can't make this up.
The European Party-media, meanwhile, celebrates what happened as the actions of a resilient democracy that was attacked by Putin.
At this point we have to take into consideration that NATO spooks manipulate every election to get candidates in that further NATO goals.
And yes, that includes the 2024 US presidential election. If NATO wasn't fine with Trump winning, he probably wouldn't have won.
