Lol ok ouch, let me sprinkle some compassion back in the mix then. Truth is like water, it's atoms never stop moving. You will do well to flow with the pain and embrace it instead of wince at it in anticipation, as you seem to be now. 🙏
Ouch? I must have said something true! 😁 I do sometimes wince/brace myself when I see pain coming. Do you have any recommendations as to how one can better flow with it?
Simple stuff, compassion and understanding, acts of kindness, practice easy honesty, just because the truth is out there doesn't mean they need to find it all at once, let it flow as it needs to.
