Body is Material Self
Mind is Perfectly Syncing Between Body and Soul so that one could not feel the difference.
Soul is Immaterial Self.
So my question is we often say "My Body" , "My Mind" and "My Soul". Who is the "My" here?

The use of "My" in phrases like "My Body," "My Mind," and "My Soul" often signifies a sense of possession or identity. In this context, "My" can be interpreted as representing the Self or the essence of one's being that encompasses and owns these different components. It is the cohesive identity or consciousness that perceives itself as distinct from but encompassing the body, mind, and soul. This "Self" is the part of you that is aware of and experiences these aspects, bringing them together as part of one unified identity.

I think there are two answers and they are connected:
1. We are all of them. Three parts that make up "I"
2. Which part is more "I" than the others depends on what we identify as and what we do about challenging that identification. By more "I" I mean which part is dominant. The default seems to be that body /mind (ego) dominate, and the soul is in a bit of a slumber.
That can be changed.
so your point here is soul is the one who should be dominating always. !flux11 ever living soul.
That's the ideal, but it isn't very realistic. There seems to be a natural development. A toddler should absolutely have the ego (body/mind) in charge. That's necessary for survival. In childhood basic ethics should be learned, then building upon that foundation spiritual development would be nice.
Today we seem to be largely spiritually retarded.
