He's a narrative-controlling control freak. Almost all the hosts/co-hosts are, takes a special kind of person to want to be the host/co-host. Same kind of person who wants to be a reddit mod, type shit. They like to control who talks when, about what, and if you disagree with them they give you less airtime, talk over you, give preference to people they agree with in disputes, etc etc.
