They were already moved on BTC and BCH in December.

1500 coins from < #200000 of which 1100 coins are < #100000

The transactions itself have now been spotted on both BSV's and BCH's P2P network.
afaik, these could have been replayed 9000 blocks ago.

This doesn't look like an exchange, though it could be an OTC sell.
