I can't recreate this problem. Can I ask what browser/device you are using, in case its specific to the browser?

Yes it is! Just tested and 16 characters is the limits. OK at least we know whats up.

For now I'd say just pick a shorter name.

But I'll review that limit. Could be more generous with char count. Either way there should be better errors/ux.
