Bitcoin is always a future good no matter what happens.

When you can use bitcoin for everyday things one could use it as an instant/present good as in: buy it and instantly spend it.
It only remains a future good for investors.

The value of money is always the estire future from just after the present moment on down to infinity. The immediate future is part of it but it's always balanced against the distant future.
