Bitcoin node is the outermost layer in the russian dolls. The nodes exchange information through the same ledger and are fully connected. The layers within the russian dolls are overlay nodes that can represent different services such as healthcare or accounting. They exchange information to its own ledger but the ledger is within the bitcoin ledger. Illustrate this. !dalle
