Bitcoin is not deflationary. The subsidy/ miner reward is deflationary, but until it gets to infinitesimally small /0 - it’s inflationary :)

Nice insight. However, I dare say that lost keys might counteract this. But at least you're thinking about things in a realistic way.

Lost keys hm... They add towards deflation, but lost coins are more a side-effect that happens randomly and since any address can be seized (by majority of miners working towards such together) - that's not really deflationary, at least not by protocol.
