Wait... Blackrock aren't the rebellion??

But bros, what do I use for virtue signalling now?

BTCers are finally sick of all the gasligthing. If it weren't for Craig, they'd be coming to BSV in droves.

This may sound weird and I am not sure if it isn't some sort of coping, but when I look at the world and especially the crypto and BTC space, I am kinda glad that most people stay away from BSV.
Sure, it is no longterm solution, but for the current time it may not be that bad.

A man's gotta eat, Julien.
A vibrant counter community to BTC that brings BSV to minimum 1k would be very nice.
Instead we have a rather pathetic Craig Cult, at this point inexplicable after all the BS, and a sub $50 price.
I for one would hope disillusioned BTC'ers come over, but you don't leave a sinking ship for one that is already on the seafloor with a drunken captain.

steffenkd ·

Yep, the price sucks.
Financially, trading BTC for BSV was one of the two worst decision in my life.

I have spent some time in one of the biggest german BTC telegram channel for over a year, but BCH and BSV was always a nogo.
They already laughed about BCH when talking about biggerblocks, but when mentioning BSV they regarded you as retarded^^.
I think it makes more sense to onboard normal people who aren't involved yet by offering real utility.
Unlearning and relearning (BTC people) is much harder than having a blank piece of paper in front (normal people).
Most BTC people will die on their hill.

Is the "A man's gotta eat, Julien" a quote?
And if yes, from where?

I'm the first to admit that unclipped Bitcoin was always gonna be attacked, Craig or not, Roger or not.
But damn Craig managed to make BSV the untouchable of crypto.
Kinda impressive...

steffenkd ·

True.
Just not sure if it may not be an advantages to some degree.
