Bitcoin is so amazing but I can't even talk about it with people. All my friends outside are in a cyberpunk dystopia but they act like they don't want to know the way out. The other coins are full of brainwashed morons who have been trained to hate Bitcoin

Painfully relate. My friends are in a PoS dystopia. When I talk bitcoin to regular ppl, they immediately call it a scam, which was sort of accurate for a while... When I try to explain the incredible economics, they’re bored or just don’t get it.
I can't even talk about Bitcoin with people around me because all they know are NHL Hockey stats,.. The masses in general appear very basic, but this could also be just Canada.

The ppl in Canada are not dumber then in Netherlands I noticed the same basic mindset here, hope that is a relief to you.
Except here they like to talk about football/soccer, though not that much about stats. Must be something from across the sea.
It's lonely at the top. Thankfully we have a shared consciousness to keep our brains warm and cosy.
