馃毄 Red flag #1:
User has no history of paying out winners.
Before you sign up, check the users profile. Have they paid out previous winners with "/pay @user $x"? If so, are those accounts real, and not just a dummy account they own themselves?
馃毄 Red flag #2:
The prize is suspiciously large.
The larger the prize, the more logical it is for people to enter the giveaway.
If you were a scammer and wanted to maximize engagement with a fake giveaway, you would pick a very large prize.
Mines fine, though, right?

馃毄 Red flag #3:
The user has low quality posts, replies, and/or engagement (branches & likes).
This would indicate a scammer opened up a "throwaway" account they can use to scam people.
Users with a rich history are less likely to ruin their reputation.
We need a /giveaway feature which enforces fair giveaways
馃毄 Red flag #4:
Users trying to guilt or trigger you to send them money without providing any value.
