I’m wondering how many Nobel prizes they planning to buy from Karolinska next. Interesting how is a state university but uses private & royal committees to evade the law in Nobel selection a model system I think for how Melinda & Bill controlling world now

I get impression Bill is puppet & Melinda Gates is real threat. But are they both themselves puppets to a larger international conspiracy? Karolinska University seems interesting place to scrutinize as controllers of Nobel prize in physiology & medicine.
