What are the best ways to host a (LAN) Poker tournament utilizing BSV? How do I autonomously make participants required to qualify via Proof-Of-Ownership of BSV?

Im not sure, but I’m defo down for a bsv poker tournament! (Sorry for no help)
Particularly I need a legally compliant platform which can host competitions or tournaments LOCALLY to incentivize the on-boarding of new minds.
That being said, there can be no buy-ins in my jurisdiction. However there can be tournament qualifications/applications utilizing Proof-Of-Work, and "prizes" for participants.
