its possible.
Since BSV is the original "Bitcoin" I think it's possible once BTC tanks after people realize that it holds no value as "digital gold"
BSV will be recognized as Bitcoin in time.
However, there won't really be a point where 1 bitcoin is worth $1000000 in any meaningful way, since by that time it will be due to the dollar and all other fiat having returned to their actual values of zero.
