I believe the conversion fees and multiple steps to get into BSV (or any crypto) a major impediment to general public. Regular people are multiple years away receiving BSV for job or work. There needs to be an easier way to get into BSV.

you aren't wrong.
that's one of the things paymail will do for bitcoin.
with paymail, we bypass the exchanges.

BuyBSV is a great product, fuse it into handcash and you will have a powerful on-ramp
Cost of buybsv is really high. I have seen over 10% fees for buying with CAD dollars. Costs need to be reliable. It needs to be easy enough for boomers or gen X'ers to do and that they don't lose significant amount on the conversion.
Robinhood is pretty easy (I know there are no withdrawals)
@$Craigh GenXer here. You're not wrong. Reducing barrier to entry is one of the keys to getting bsv past that tipping point of critical mass adoption. I bought bsv off coinspot using osko payment connected to my debit card. Took me about a minute.
Rent a mall kiosk and sell BSV to people with fiat. Wonder what the implications of that would be? Would be a fun experiment.
Saw someone in a FB group offering classes to teach people how to download their first crypto wallet and use it. $20 for class and she would send $10 to your new wallet. Thought it was scammy but maybe that's what needs to happen in the very early days.
