Spirit hovering above the waters (chaos), places man in the garden to tend it and gaurd it, man was to expand the temple garden of eden over the whole planet. Christ the 2nd Adam has already began this.
Also interesting: God‘s curses upon Egypt can be seen as a destruction of order resulting in chaos. Chaos of nature, solar system, and ultimately death, the final conclusion of chaos and sin.
