Why is BCH and BSVs hash rates jumping around between 1-4% …
Why is BCH and BSVs hash rates jumping around between 1-4% , one time I check and BCH has 2% and BSV has 4% next hour it flips again WHAT IS GOING ON?
Can anyone explain ?

could be profit multicoin mining service; where as the pool switches pooled hash to the most profitable option in real time based on current stats, not personal longterm views ; just a guess :)
I mean, it's pretty clear that both coins are struggling for dominance at the moment. Difficulty adjustment probably messes with miner profitability, causing hashrate to fluctuate. Those numbers are also probably affected by BTC hashrate as well.
