Okay, that makes sense. Only downside in my mind is that people might get so used to having the platform subsidize the costs that there will be increased friction in getting users to take on the costs.
Maybe you could have a set limit on the number of free interactions before small payments are required?
If you can easily plug into wallets that have a smooth onboarding process including topping up their balance, I don't think the friction would be too bad.
