Banksy just lost a suit against Full Colour Black company that took his work without his consent, because that art was made by anonymous.
Someone should tell Banksy to use BitCoin, where his identity will stay private, but on courts, he will have proof.

I'd recommend Monero XMR
Bitcoin has nothing to do with "privacy" anymore
Blockchain Analytics is making sure of that...
Everybody should do their own research when it comes to crypto
Use it but don't believe the hype

I wouldn’t. Monero is toward anonymity, which is not privacy.
In Bitcoin privacy is preserved and through scaleability it’s secured. BTC lost that tho.

How will he prove with XMR? A viewkey? A monero transaction that is tied to his art somehow?
How will he prove with Bitcoin?

XMR gives a choice, whether to give up your anonymity (i.e. true privacy). Create a new address for each transaction, and you will always have proof yet stay anonymous...

Whereas BTC is thoroughly surveillable through its Blockchain. Every transaction is fully open for ANYONE to see. A lot of BTC will be "frozen" sooner rather than later by lawenforcement due to its "dirty (deepweb) history"...
