nChain initiated the BSV fork after making an agreement with CSW to buy out his stake in the technology. The lines between sovereign actor and employee begin to blur. nChain would prefer that the issuance tax paid to ATO by CSW to cover their fork.
Whether or not craig is satoshi truly doesn't matter to nchain. The taxes are what matter foremost. If BsV is a continuation of the fork that has met tax obligations, that is the win.
