Bananas are powerful. There's a reason tennis players eat them during breaks. Bananas are the base ingredient for a great smoothie. If you freeze them and show-juice them you have perfect ice cream. Great to add to a protein shake. Monkeys love them too 馃悞
At different stages of ripeness content composition (amount of sugar, etc) and taste changes significantly.
