That basically kills any NFT worth under ~ $200.

Its pretty fucking retarded. I tried minting an NFT on rarible it was going to cost $50
The network effect is still king if you are selling thirst trap sexy NFTs to nuveau-rich nerds.
Yeah, you're right... And then what about low value trading, I remember as a kid having pokemon/yugioh cards and trading them with friends (didnt cost me an ETH network fee) and these cards would probably have been worth 15 cents. Those fees ruin that.
