one thing im running into is that Bill forgets to do certain things that i ask, in this case use a semantic search library called qmd, you really have to interrogate Bill and make sure he writes it into his operating procedure... I think I used it a little differently than this skill https://x.com/andrarchy/status/2016324335867175284 which is maybe why i ran into trouble
