I'm really trying! To build the future I wanna see. The learning curve is steep for a muggle non-programmer.

Yeah that's a very big problem that we have in Bitcoin right now is that so much advanced knowledge is required to be really effective. Better tools are needed but those take a lot of time.

I now realize that hiring others to do specialized software engineering is the only serious option. I'm learning enough to understand what skills are necessary to build the architecture I want so I can hire the right people /organize their deliverables.

That's nice! Yeah it'll be tough to find somebody because most programmers don't think it's worthwhile to learn about bitcoin and the ones who know something about it were all fooled by BTC.

Its an uphill battle but they will have to learn if they wanna get paid! Also, I know enough to guide them through the process. But it limits me to hiring locally as it wouldn't be possible to babysit programmers remotely!
