Faucets are voluntary donations to a faucet wallet that give out certain amounts a day or any other rules the faucet is run by. Usually a few thousand satoshis per time.

Kind of new here. Can someone explain how faucets work, what they are etc. I like SATs so I'm interested

This is a faucet: https://faucet.allaboard.cash/.

You can just copy your BSV address or $handle from handcash.io. You get some of the sats from the "pool".

You can also give back by refilling the "pool" for others.

So when you say add wallet, the faucet just dumps SATs into yours? What's the catch lol
