@arghzero Adds the option to choose the language to translate to in the tools.

i'll see what i can do
ok now you can translate treechat posts to whatever language you prefer. if you go to your user settings there's a new language dropdown towards the bottom. pick whatever language you like, and after that clicking translate will translate to that language
