I almost made it through multiple times now, but I keep falling asleep. It led to some interesting dreams. Not because it is boring, but the way he describes presence gives me extreme peace. Thanks for sharing and introducing me to him.

maybe you can put it on while you go on a walk instead of sitting/laying down. you can be the active bird so you don't fall asleep. :)
