MNEE (pronounced "money) is a USD stablecoin on 1satordinals BSV21 protocol. available on yourswallet and rockwallet afaik. can be transferred in small amount with low fees.

I Created a wallet ... but I can't find on the token market the ticker MNEE neither in BSV20 nor in BSV21

what wallet have you created?
MNEE is not listed on the 1sat.market token section, probably so nobody mints a BSV21 token with the same name to scam people, even if that is still possible. idk.
on yourswallet there is a 'get MNEE' button. I don't know what it does tho.

I'm installing the chrome extension to be able to use Yourswallet ... when I select -add extension- it asks me for confirmation and tells me that the extension can : '' Read and Change All your data on All Websites '' ... It's not very reassuring posted in these terms
