The motion being denied doesn't seem promising for CSW. I need to understand the structure of the case and how these Amended Complaints factor.
Competing thoughts between this denial and a battle lost in a longer war.
who wrote this document ? it reads like it was written by Kleiman lawyers and the judge just accepted it as a valid way to deny craig's motion. But I don't think it is 100% what the court thinks.
