Anyone know why Relayx won't issue a digital card to some who bought a physical card through their relayx.com/card site but have not yet registered it?
They listed some on their market.
I would like prefer my digital card now over the physical.

I think the price was different. I think it was $35 for the preorders and 0.2 BSV for the NFT. It could be argued they are different products.

Also the NFT burns when you redeem for physical.

I bought a physical but they want so much detail for KYC, thats fine, are they different?
I wouldnt know because I have had no reply from Relayx about it, and no one can give me a straight answer. Seriously poor communicators.

Did you already start the KYC process?
RelayX have issued NFTs to those who pre-ordered the card but haven't even started KYC yet.
But yet to distribute the non-redeemable NFTs to the remaining.

Started,not done,but only after the nfts were released.I was wondering why I hadnt received one.1st I thought it was because I didnt complete KYC. I decided I wont, someone who buys an nft does not have to complete kyc. So why should I if I prefer the nft

Yeah if you started it that would be why you haven't received NFT yet. We have to sort out which NFTs we will give as redeemable vs. nonredeemable depending on whether someone will complete KYC or not.
The NFT alone cannot be used as a payment card.

Personally Im not against KYC. I am against not being open about whats req in the 1st plc.Lack of openess brings confusion.The KYC company said that I was to provide a doc,then when that was provided they wanted even more.
Maybe I'll jst do it 2 get both

I can see that. Especially a foreign company you don’t know much about. I think the issuer is out of Hong Kong. What kinds of documentation were they asking for?

They only asked for a drivers license/passport + proof of address before the process.
After starting, name details, I added my DL when requested, then they asked for my tax details.
It's ok if I agree upfront, but asking for more 1/3 the way through.😡

Not exactly sure. The card was my first purchase using Relayx, Dec 24-26th. I dont know how to find that out.
I think i'll do the KYC and get both. Its frustrating sometimes. I also not keen on the embossed handle. But...whatever.

No way! They want more than your drivers license and utility bill? I purchased on line weeks ago, but still waiting for my bill to cut to show them I had my last name changed. Then I can submit everything. Hm.
