Robinhood is a good one but unfortunately you can only buy/sell but not deposit/withdraw

Poloniex is owned by Circle which received funding by Goldman Sachs. They allow bank transfers now too. I'm pretty sure they have a New York Bit licence. I'm not a 100% sure though. Check them out.
