Anyone know why fees to upload meme change each time, ranging between 6-12 cents?

Probably b/c the usd value fluctuates up and down :)
Maybe it’s to do with image file size.
And the one that was 12 cents had minimal text.
But one cost me 6 cents and then another cost me 12 cents like 10 minutes apart, so I don’t think it’s purely price. Also standard text Twetches and replies remain at 2 cents.
Picture file size 99%, exchange rate 1%.
Definitely the image size. Same when twetching a tweet.
