also, gargle saltwater. salt kills bacteria.

The more natural the better. At least for me.

I do, and I also perform saline nasal rinses when I have a cold. I brush my teeth with baking soda as well. Sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate are excellent killers of bacteria and viruses.

I also take high doses of vitamin C, and stay warm and dry.
