Anyone by a CityOnChain city? What exactly is the utility that comes with the purchasing of one? Can it be resold later?

Where could we find some information about concept and development of the CityOnChain project?
I’ve purchased a few for speculation and advertising reasons. They are diligently building new apps for each City owner to utilize. More is to be released later this week I heard. I have noticed a lot of cities being scooped up.

Yeah, i did check their Twitter account and hope to speak to the account holder in regards to it. I'm thinking of buying the city where I live but am not sure the utility as of now.
Will this be profitable for the city founder or just a waste of money for myself? Can it be resold? What else can I do with it? What are you able to do with the cities you have? Its pure speculation for myself as well.
Squatters will probably ruin the concept. Buy your city and own it. Promote, build, win.
I did read advertising. I do not own a shop or anything so I don't know it it'll serve any real purpose for me. Can I sell advertising once the community and blockchain grows?

I mean shouldn't there be some information by the creators/organizers of CityOnChain about their longterm concept and plan. I bought something like 50 places near where I live in Japan and would be very happy to get some idea how to make use of them.
I think they are just more geared to build it as fast as possible and explain later.
