for anybody curious about the details, the tldr is that we now only build transactions using fully confirmed utxos. this means that if your wallet (or the treechat wallet in the case of posts) doesn't have enough utxos available, instead of using the unconfirmed utxos and hoping the mempool will sort it out we now hold onto the tx and resubmit it with the next block once you have enough confirmed utxos available
