Do intense cardio and don’t eat carbs. Eat lactobacilli rich fermented foods.. but make it yourself. Those thoughts that cause anxiety are gonna turn to benign background noise.
Been staying away from carbs somewhat instinctively, just protein, chicken, and trail mixes.
Will look into lactobacilli, gained 8 pounds already in the last week or two!
