another thing is that some ui elements take too much space for the small screen. The control bar below could be more slim, the text of threads is too big imo, and the different feature buttons makes it look overloaded. if the features would stick together in a drop down menu or something there is more space for content.

which feature buttons do you mean?
lock, view tx, copy link, star, archive, also upload file, record video, record screen and choose models when writing a post. but tbh maybe that's just my taste, I like it as clean as possible...
