Always so tired quickly… sleeping about 5 to 7 hours a night but still am tired very quickly… anyone know somethings I can try to be more awake? (coffee isn't enough 🤗)

@2958 , try water + pink Himalayan salt + lime juice and optional the pickle juice. It help a lot to rehydrate and give you a good foundation for the Kreb’s Cycle. I can give you a good amount formula based on your body weight if you want.

Your weight in pounds divided in 16 and that gives you the amount of 8oz cups of water to drink in a day
For example: let’s say you weight is 160 pound so, 160/16= 10 cups of 8 oz (80 oz total) you will drink of water in a day
If you use the international system:
Your weight in kilograms divided in 7 and that gives you the amount of 250 ml cups of water to drink in a day
For example, let’s say you weight is 90 Kg so, 90/7= 12.9 cups of 250 ml (~3.3 Liters total) you will drink of water in a day
And to that water put:
- pink Himalayan salt (½ teaspoon) for liter of water
- the juice of 1 lime per liter , or could be more if you like a stronger flavor
- pickle juice: ¼ of a cup per liter (this is optional)
And you will be ready to go and conquer the world.
