Ah yes, shingles is an insidious post-viral illness in people who have been infected with the chicken pox herpes strain. I get it now and again when there is frequency resonance with chicken pox around or other triggers… masculine energy levelling- up could definitely be trigger dormant viruses for sure. How are you levelling up your masculine energy? Is there a protocol you are following?
I know there is a vaccine for shingles and I am considering it because I know shingles sessions tend to get more intense as we get into our senior years… it’s also not covered by our medical so I’d have to pay for it. Chicken Pox has also pretty much been eliminated because of immunizations so the risk of it being around to trigger my shingles is dwindling… I hope you don’t have too much you need to do while you feel like shit. Oof. We are only just scratching the surface of what viruses actually do in our bodies. As much as COVID was a huge fuck up by our govt and medical systems, it continues to provide us with a plethora of real time research (except in the US where trump has cut ALL the good science) and there is so much new knowledge we are gleaning about the fascinating world of viruses. Good luck with this one. Not much else you can do than ride it out. Even the anti viral meds you could take would make u feel like shit.
