Agreed. From a fundamental, factual basis though — we are governed by consent. The 'consent' was unknowingly registering ourselves as non-sovereign, corporate entities. That alone allows a level of control by the 'Elites'.
The fact of the matter, however — is that whilst we can all agree, the state DO issue their brainwashed 'agents' to issue threatening letters, and often visits to our properties. The problem here is that 99% of Humanity do not know their rights, nor the Law, nor do they have a backbone — leaving them vulnerable, and unable to 'counter' what I would call 'Matrix Attacks'.
Their tactics rely entirely on Fearmongering.
The solution lies in a multitude of things:
Firstly, one must be aware of the 'Game'.
Secondly, you must learn to drop the Fear.
Thirdly, it requires non-compliance. Ideally, on mass scale.
First, they issue letters. Letters often 'demanding' that you comply, however — upon closed inspection of the wording that is used, you will quickly notice a few things.
Terminology/wording such as "we MAY", "you MAY", or "could POSSIBLY result in...", etc. is what they use most frequently. These are not strictly implying any amount of certainty, since — they only rely entirely on your compliance.
The other things which should be noted in these 'fearmongering' attempts within their Letters (often from FAKE/FRAUDULENT 'legal firms', 'courts', or similar) is that they often will never put a person's name on the signing of the Letter.
For example, letters will often remain untied to a Human. I.E. "Yours Sincerely, BW Legal".
Interesting, isn't it? Why would an employee, acting on behalf of a legal firm, attempting to issue 'legal' "notices", simply not sign with whoever is actually issuing the Letter? BW Legal as a Corporate Entity does not have a Brain, Eyes, pair of Hands, and certainly cannot send out Letters. That is the job of somebody acting on behalf OF the Corporation.
The reason is simple: The Letters are Fraudulent. Nobody will want to tie personal accountability to a Fraudulent Letter.
Many Courts are the same.
The trick lies in their wording, their fear tactics, and other similar methods (issuing fake Court 'summons' (invite) from Council Buildings), etc.
In turn, this encourages most people to comply, and consent — given that they are encouraged to comply based on the fear that has been instilled into them.

I recently had an attempt to gain entry to my Property by means of a FRAUDULENT 'Warrant'. I usually don't engage with these clowns anymore, it's not worth the time. These muppets, however — arrived with a Locksmith, two 'agents', and what I can only assume was 'Security'.
The 'Warrant' was evidently Fake. Firstly, it was Digital, being displayed on a Tablet.
There was no Court Seal/Stamp.
No 'Judges' Signature. (No Judge in the Land would sign one of these 'hooky' "Warrants").
The 'issuing Court' was outside of my Jurisdiction and also therefore did not apply.
Why is all of this important, you ask? A Warrant should be VERIFIABLE. True to it's nature/purpose. A 'digital document' with no Signature (even a Digital Signature can be faked easily) is NOT proof of a valid Warrant.
The reason being: There is absolutely NOTHING stopping me and a couple of friends by drafting up such a Document, slipping on some fancy-dress, going for a walk with an iPad — and demand entry into people's homes.
Of course, after 10 or 15 minutes of educating this Clown Brigade, they did indeed sod off with their tail between their legs. Anybody who wishes to refute these facts, I am happy to share video footage of my evidences that they presented a Fraudulent Warrant. This is CLEAR, undeniable proof that the Council's are corrupt. Large corporations are corrupt. Energy companies are corrupt, and most Courts are somewhat complicit, or are being imitated fraudulently for the benefit of Corporations. Yet, they are never held accountable? Why? Because they are protected. They're all in bed together, it's one big joke. The sooner people realise this, the better.
To summarise:
Debts are CIVIL Matters, not Criminal.
Fearmongering attempts will continue.
Fraudulent Warrants ARE being used.
We all need to equally lose the Fear. Learn your rights. Learn the Law. It's time that we take our power back.
