Common Law are simply 'common sense' laws:
Do not Harm others
Do not StealEtc.
They simply want you to believe that there is no alternative and that you must comply. Again, it's part of their fearmongering tactics.
Human Rights are essentially the highest power of Law. They wish to mis-inform you and tell you that Statute Law supersedes your Rights, it's simply not true.
The issue is that people do not exercise their rights enough, which is exactly how we got into this position in the first place — rolling over waiting for our bellies to be rubbed, at the first sight of being offered a 'solution' to a 'problem' which they created themselves.
