!nb The etymology of the word Calorie is a unit of heat but the body doesn't use heat to digest, it uses acids to break foods down so the NUTRITION can be absorbed and utilised. Calories were invented by putting foods in an incinerator and depending on how long they took to burn to dust, determined how 'calorie' dense they were.

This means if a loaf of bread burnt at the same rate as a roast dinner they would be considered to have the same amount of calories. That's how you know calories are a hoax because a person living on loafs of bread and a person living on roast dinners would be poles apart in health.

You see calories don't exist and even if they did they wouldn't be what's important, it's all about giving the body what it needs to sustain itself
Counting 'calories' isn't needed to gain or lose weight only knowlege of what foods cause weight gain or lose is necessary.

You are not 'burning calories' at the gym either you're breaking down down fat cells through a form of ketosis.

Bodybuilders and Athletes who 'count calories' are really counting nutrition that we are calling proteins and carbohydrates. An easy way to prove this would be to go back to the loaf bread statement I made. If bodybuilders swapped their usual diet for loafs of bread they would dramatically lose all the gains they have made plus strength and stamina. So basically if they consumed the same amount of so called calories by just eating bread, instead of the specific diet they already have, then they would start gaining fat instead of muscle, mucus instead of health and tiredness instead of motivation.
